For the second year in a row Neora has been voted as one of the Best Places to Work by Direct Selling News (DSN). The foremost provider of global news and emerging trends for direct selling executives[i] annually recognizes companies that create positive work environments for their employees and highlight their best practices with the wider direct selling community.

Neora’s Core Value of making people better, embraced by the CEO and owner of the company, Jeff Olson, is one of the driving forces leading Neora’s purpose and culture:

The Olsons truly care about the people that work for them…they strive to ‘Make People Better.’

—Melanie Mitchell, Senior Director, Meetings and Events

Some of Neora’s Best Practices identified by DSN included employee recognition during weekly all-staff calls, a casual and collaborative work environment, and a hybrid work schedule.

CASUAL WORK ENVIRONMENT

Setting the bar by dressing comfortably and casually themselves, the Olsons and other top executives lead by example. Having the option to dress casually at the office allows employees to focus on work, functioning at their best when they feel the most comfortable.

COLLABORATION IS KEY

At Neora, employees working together for a common goal is the daily norm. Employees work tirelessly as a team to make sure that all moving parts are working and flowing smoothly. This work ethic is fostered by continuous kudos and thank yous from the managers all the way up to the CEO.

I love the supportive environment at Neora. I feel appreciated for what I contribute, and I know I can always count on my teammates, no matter what we’re trying to accomplish.

—Jennifer Payne, Senior Copywriter at Neora

Another way that Neora works to foster collaboration among staff is by providing volunteering opportunities to employees and encouraging them to participate in events such as canned food drives, Toys for Tots, and the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. To date, Neora’s employees and Brand Partners have raised more than $6 million for BBBS.

HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE

Post-pandemic, leaders at Neora recognized the value of allowing more flexibility for their employees and instated a permanent hybrid work model. Employees are in the office two days a week. The other days they work remotely, making it easier for employees to weave their work into their personal life and enjoy a higher quality of work/life balance.

INVESTING IN EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT

Neora likes to show its employees it cares about them by supporting them both professionally and personally. From little things like chocolates on Valentine’s Day to brown bag trainings, Neora is always looking for new opportunities that foster self-improvement.

STRONG CORE, SOLID FIELD

Having a cohesive, collaborative, and contented core, Neora is perfectly positioned to provide the best support possible for its valued Brand Partners. And, supporting its employees translates into a happier, more effective field team, which, naturally translates into higher sales.

I feel that my professional expertise matters and my recommendations are appreciated and often executed.

—Otto Chang, Senior Supply Chain Associate at Neora

GRATITUDE

Cultivating gratitude and practicing it daily is a core value embraced by Neora CEO Jeff Olson embedded in his executive helmsmanship. By building practices that continuously demonstrate gratitude to his employees, Olson gains their trust and devotion, a thing not easily had in today’s workplace, especially the Great (American) Walkout.

And when it comes to gratitude, Neora and the Olsons are deeply grateful for receiving DSN’s Direct Places to Work honor twice. It is a testament to them of how their core philosophy of helping people to better themselves – which they embrace with great passion and which they pour into their company – is working.

RIPPLE EFFECT

The Ripple Effect is a philosophy well-embraced and well-practiced at Neora. It is the belief that the good you do for others magnifies and spreads like a ripple through the universe.

When you create positive improvements in your life, you create positive ripples that spread out all around you, like a pebble of positivity dropped in a pond. Those ripples many not all be visible; in fact, they may be mostly invisible…When you reach out and positively affect one other person through your interactions and words you create a slight change in that person, who is more than likely to reach out and positively affect someone else.

—Amber Olson-Rourke, Co-Founder and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Grateful for and humbled by the distinction, Neora’s leaders are proud to see their core values and philosophy highlighted at DSN, which provides an opportunity to share and spread the keys to success that benefit everyone in the company—the Ripple Effect in action.

The post Giving Back is Not Just Good for Business, But Also the Soul first appeared on Neora Blog.]]>

When we started Neora ten years ago, we were determined to create something different. We wanted to establish a culture of empowering people to become their best selves and to pursue a life on their terms every single day. I believe our greatest asset as a company is the people associated with it. We are more than just a business, we are a family of caring, compassionate and positive people, and we believe the secret to our success is helping others.

Help Others, Help Yourself

Sonja Lyubomirsky, Ph.D., a respected researcher in the science of happiness and the author of The How of Happiness: A Scientific Approach to Getting the Life You Want, says the prosocial behavior of giving back can lead to a cascade of positive consequences. In other words, the good that we do for each other creates a ripple effect that can spread exponentially helping to bring more good into the world.

With that mindset, we created the Neora Ripple Foundation built on the purpose of Making People Better. The foundation’s goal is to inspire Brand Partners to take the initiative to make their world a better place, both individually and collectively. If we can make life better for one person, we believe they will be inspired to do the same for someone else.

The Neora Ripple Foundation aims to create an environment of loving, sharing, and caring that cultivates people who give back to their communities. We encourage our employees and Brand Partners to actively engage in those activities that benefit other people. We do this because we know it not only helps the people we serve, but it helps us too. Studies show that people who actively engage in volunteerism have better health, have a more positive outlook and feel more energetic than those who don’t. Prosocial behaviors lead to happier people. Happier people are also happier employees, and businesses with happier employees have happier customers.

A Joyful Journey

Aside from the obvious benefits to the greater good, making a positive difference in someone else’s life also provides you with what researchers theorize as the “warm glow.” This is the overwhelming joy that you feel when you know you are making a real difference in someone else’s world. I know firsthand how volunteering has changed my life. Ten years ago, I decided that if I was going to encourage others to get involved, I had better set that example myself.

The Gift of Empowering Others

As a company, we had already been working closely with Big Brother Big Sisters of America—raising more than $5 million since Neora first started—because their values closely align with ours: give people the opportunity to empower themselves to flourish in life. It wasn’t until I decided to become a Big Sister to my Little Sister Ryan that I truly knew what that meant. Through the years I have watched Ryan gain confidence in herself, and today she believes she can do anything she sets her mind to. Now, as she is about the enter adulthood, I know that she will have the life that she wants. What warms my heart more than anything, though, is when she says that each day is a blessing and that she can’t wait to make a positive difference in a little girl’s life who is just waiting for a mentor to enter her life. That is the true definition of the ripple effect.

The post How to Have the Success You Want in Your Business and the Happiness You Desire first appeared on Neora Blog.]]>

First, let’s get this out of the way from the start: success and happiness are not mutually exclusive goals. In fact, they are more intertwined than you think. A lot of people equate successful and powerful people with negative connotations—and for good reason. Popular culture, media and even history have given us this narrative that successful people are greedy, selfish and ruthless. Think of Gordon Gecko from the popular 80s film Wall Street. Things didn’t turn out great for that guy.

Many have traveled down that path and were never able to find the satisfaction they were seeking. More things, more money, more accolades and more plaques on the wall won’t boost your well-being. In fact, the opposite is true. Success does not lead to happiness. More happiness creates more success.

Once you find true, authentic happiness, you’ll discover more opportunities to build wealth, get better health and experience longevity. That’s all we really want: a long, well-lived life.

The best way to find your true happiness is to find a personal philosophy that adds meaning and purpose in your life and the lives around you and then live by it every single day. Your philosophy is everything you know, how you hold it and how it affects what you do. I wrote a book years ago about my personal philosophy in The Slight Edge and I have been sharing it with the world ever since. It’s a simple system to create small, positive habits that will move your life forward and tools to help you stick by that system with relentless passion daily.

We started Neora based on three words: Make People Better. This wasn’t just shallow rhetoric to make us sound enlightened, these words were the foundation in which we built this company. It is the reason why we thrive, and it’s the reason we have found so much success. With those three words, we were then able to build 10 core commitments that would create a culture of positivity, compassion and drive. This sets the tone of how we operate every day. It permeates through our employees, Brand Partners and customers which then creates a ripple effect that attracts more people looking to improve their life and the lives of those around them.

Studies show the companies with happy employees have happier customers and ultimately do better than those companies that do not. Yes, we have great products that practically sell themselves. Yes, our business opportunity is unique and accessible and gives anyone the opportunity to improve their life. But what sets us apart is our culture. Every single day we focus on how to make people better. We will believe in you until you start believing in yourself. No exceptions. When you know what you truly stand for, then it’s easy to bring more happiness into your business and the world.

Not even a global pandemic can hold back the excitement and energy as Brand Partners across the globe logged on for the Neora’s two-day virtual conference held May 14 – 15, 2021. With the guiding theme of “The Power of You, The Strength of Us,” Neora’s annual Get Real event celebrated a year of wins and momentum and featured direct access to tips, tools and training for success; rewards and recognition; inspiration and motivation from Neora’s leadership team and even a visit from best-selling author and keynote speaker Erin King.

Neora CEO and Co-Founder Jeff Olson opened the conference expressing his gratitude to the field as well as Neora’s corporate team for meeting the challenges of the past few years head on and still finding a way to thrive. “Here we are a year later at our second virtual Get Real conference, and we have become an incredible virtual model – perfectly positioned to go forward and leverage where the world is headed,” Jeff says. Excited about the future of where Neora can go, he further explained that “the world has shifted, the paradigm of the world has shifted and your business, your company is perfectly positioned in front of it.”

As businesses around the world saw drastic declines due to the economic effects of COVID-19, Neora continues to see records sales growth as they launch new product lines, experience a surge in new Brand Partners and rank ups, and continue to lead the happiness movement worldwide for the ninth consecutive year. Neora was even named Best Place to Work in Direct Selling in 2021 by Direct Selling News.

Already breaking record sales in wellness products, the NeoraFit Weight Management and Wellness Systems is helping people look and feel great. Amber Olson with a Brand Partner

“Many things have changed. But our core values have remained the same: Making people better.” says Co-Founder & Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Amber Olson Rourke.

Neora also took this time to continue the company’s ongoing commitment to Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and World Vision, raising more than $142,000 through the support of its Brand Partners for the year.

Since this year’s socially-distanced Get Real 2021 was held completely virtual, Brand Partners could access on-demand workshops, informative panels with top-level Neora executives and success leaders from the field, and high energy virtual parties. Brand Partners could attend any number of workshops throughout the weekend ranging on various topics of achieving success, including how to create a solid customer base, identifying your specific why and values, and overcoming objections.

As the weekend concluded, Jeff Olson closed the second virtual Get Real Conference with some parting words of wisdom and motivation for the many enthusiastic entrepreneurs looking for a real opportunity to learn, grow and connect. “We will believe in you until you believe in yourself, because we believe in the power of you,” he says. “And we’ll believe in you until you believe in yourself because we believe in the strength of us.”

Neora’s next Get Real Conference will be held in Fort Worth, Texas, in 2022.

Chances are, you inherited more than your great cheekbones and your wicked sense of humor from your mother. The values, encouragement and inspiration she passed along to you probably shine through in so many of your life choices today.

At Neora, we celebrate moms not just on Mother’s Day but throughout the year. Empowering women is part of our DNA, from our skincare solutions to our entrepreneurial opportunities that give mothers the ability to artfully balance a fulfilling career and successful parenting.

Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer Amber Olson Rourke has made it her life’s work to promote female leadership. It’s an integral component of our mission statement to Make People Better™.

Recipient of the Women Helping Women Gold Stevie award, Amber was also named Top Female Executive by ADDISON Magazine in 2015. She serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters International and is president of the Neora Ripple Foundation, which has donated more than $5 million to charitable causes.

One of Amber’s favorite quotes is “It always seems impossible until it’s done.” That’s a reminder that, just like our moms told us when we were little, we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. Lack of knowledge or talent isn’t what holds most of us back; it’s our failure to believe that we are powerful enough to make an impact.

So, what advice would Amber give other women who want to realize their potential?

Be in the moment – When you’re working, focus 100 percent on the business at hand. When you’re talking with your kids, be fully engaged with them and don’t be distracted by the next item facing you on your to-do list.

Avoid burnout – Schedule some “me” time for self-care. Put down your phone. Go for a walk. Explore your creativity.

Be respectful of other viewpoints – Encourage open communications. Welcome others’ ideas. Let the people in your life know that you appreciate them.

Take time to reflect – Meditation and yoga can work wonders to clear your mind and usher in new ideas.

Be grateful – Amber purposefully sets a positive tone for her day by writing down three things she’s grateful for every morning. And if she’s faced with a stressful situation or a critical meeting, she uses breathing techniques to calm her mind and focus on what she hopes to accomplish.

What are we grateful for at Neora? We’re grateful for all the wonderful people in our lives who have come together to share our mission to Make People Better.

Happy Mother’s Day to all!

Giving Back Creates a Ripple Effect of Positive Change

There are many benefits to giving back and participating in philanthropic activities. Donating to charitable organizations and volunteering your time creates a ripple effect of goodness that permeates throughout, making the world a kinder, happier place for everyone. At Neora, one of our core beliefs is to Make People Better™ so they can be agents of change. National Philanthropy Day is November 15, and we encourage everyone to recognize the good that comes from giving and find ways to be more generous.

In addition to all of the good giving back brings to others, don’t discount what the gift of being charitable brings to your soul. According to research, it really doesn’t matter how much you give or how much time you spend, deliberately choosing to give can make you happier. There are a few reasons for this. Giving back adds purpose and meaning to your life, which is good for your well-being. Giving also fosters more social connection within our communities, which is another contributor to happiness.

Here are a few ways you can celebrate National Philanthropy Day:

Give your time. Many charitable organizations desperately need volunteers, especially around the holidays. You can help clean at an animal shelter, serve hot meals to the homeless or mentor a young person. They are plenty of online resources that can match the right cause to your interests, which can make your experience much more meaningful. We know that the current pandemic may make in-person volunteering difficult, so be sure to follow CDC social distancing guidelines or find opportunities to volunteer virtually.

Give your money. Americans donate billions to charitable organizations every year and the United States ranks as one of the most giving countries in the world, according to the World Giving Index. But a recent Gallup poll shows that giving in 2020 is down to its lowest point in years with 73% reporting of giving to charity this year. This statistic is understandable, given impact the coronavirus has had on the economy. But, without donations charities cannot serve the very people that need help the most. As we head into this season of giving and more Americans find themselves looking for assistance, making a monetary donation to your favorite charitable organization may be the most important act of kindness you can do this year.

Give your wisdom. MJ Ryan, author of Radical Generosity, writes that “giving is the mother of kindness. Our desire to give help, comfort, support, or appreciation is often why we do kind things.” When we extend those kindnesses to others, those good feelings incentivize us to continue to be generous and the world becomes a nicer place. One way to ensure that our giving legacy lives on is to pass our philanthropic traditions to our children, giving them the social and emotional skills of empathy, compassion and kindness.

The power of giving can transform lives. Through the Neora Ripple Foundation, Neora and its Brand Partners have given more than $5 million back to deserving organizations within our communities, such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and World Vision. We believe that individually taking the responsibility to help just one person can inspire them to carry that goodwill forward. If you are interested in becoming more philanthropic, joins us at the Neora Ripple Foundation and help us make people and the world a better place.

Host a Happiness Wall and Make the World a Happier Place

The world will observe the International Day of Happiness on Friday, March 20, and this is your chance to help celebrate and raise awareness about the importance a living happier, healthier life.

Every year, Live Happy and Neora encourage Happy Activists worldwide to carry out our mission of making people better by hosting a Happiness Wall. These happiness “hot spots” are fun, easy-to-do and a unique opportunity to connect with your community. This year, we have a record-breaking goal of more than 1,500 Happiness Walls around the world, and we’ll need your help to make this happen!

Your Happy Space

Your Wall can be placed almost anywhere, such as your local school, office, business, park or other public spaces (with permission) where passersby can write how they share happiness with others. We recommend that you find a high-traffic area where you’ll have plenty of opportunities to create a ripple effect of happiness throughout your community.

Happiness Walls come in all shapes and sizes. We offer a FREE printable Live Happy Wall you can post on your refrigerator or place in your cubical, as well as a Live Happy Happiness Wall Poster. You can also create your very own DIY Happiness Wall.

Once your Wall is secure, make sure you have the necessary supplies, such as plenty of writing utensils, a positive pitch and a welcoming smile. Whenever someone stops by, explain the purpose of the International Day of Happiness and invite them to share their happiness ideas on your Wall. That’s it.

The Gift of Happiness

We want your hosting experience to be as fun and enjoyable as possible, so the goal is to unleash your creativity. Many of our hosts find that their Happiness Wall experience brings a happiness and joy that creates a lifetime of positive memories. Some hosts maximize the fun by inviting musical acts, planning activities for kids and offering prize giveaways for happy dance-offs.

You’ll be amazed at the reaction you get when people discover a Happiness Wall for the very first time!

Don’t Just Take Our Word for it ...

Linda, a Wall host from Shelburne, Vermont, says: “Our Wall had affirmations, confirmations and admiration from all ages! Children even participated and were excited about the opportunity to do good for someone else! The Happiness Wall brings awareness and spreads joy in our communities that lasts a lifetime!”

Sharon from Fenton, Michigan, says: “After hosting the first one, I felt like I was walking on air three feet off the ground. This gives me so much joy, which shines from my face like beams of light. It is contagious and is reflected in everyone nearby.”

Celeste from Canton, Georgia, says: “It made a HUGE impact in my community. I hosted at my local gym and got tons of positive feedback from the clients! Lots of wonderful happy acts and kindness!”

The great thing about a Happiness Wall is you don’t have to wait until March 20 to host one. Every day is a good day to spread happiness. If you want to make history this year and find out more about #HappyActs, then register your Wall today at happyacts.org and become part of a global movement. Neora Ripple Foundation Year In Review

Neora is committed to making people better, not only through our transformational skincare and wellness products, but also through our devotion to servant leadership and supporting our communities around the world through the Neora Ripple Foundation.

One of our proudest partnerships is with Big Brothers Big Sisters, an organization that helps children realize their potential and build their futures. Neora and its Independent Brand Partners have raised more than $5 million dollars for Big Brothers Big Sisters since our partnership began in 2012. Because of the generosity of Neora Brand Partners, BBBS has been able to support 5,000 mentoring relationships for Bigs and Littles in communities across the United States and Canada. In 2019 Neora expects to donate nearly $400,000, supporting even more one-to-one mentoring relationships!

According to Pam Lorio, President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, “Our partnership with Neora continues to flourish due to alignment in our missions. Neora is in the business of changing lives, and at Big Brothers Big Sisters, we are inspiring and igniting the potential in children’s lives. We appreciate the support from Neora’s leadership and their passion for our mentoring programs.”

Donations are Just the Beginning

Neora Co-Founder and Chief Leadership Officer Renee Olson and her little Ryan served as the Point of Light – an honor given to the Big and Little chosen to share their story at an event for top BBBS community-supporters. Renee and Ryan continue to be a shining example of the power of what the Neora Ripple Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America are striving to accomplish together. Being a Big has been one of the most rewarding things Renee has experienced and has inspired others to volunteer as well.

Brand Partners around the United States and Canada work closely with local BBBS agencies to host their annual Bowl For Kids’ Sake events, one of the organization’s biggest fundraising activities. Neora pledged to match every dollar raised at each individual event, up to $3,000,* making this year’s Bowl For Kids’ Sake fundraising a big success with $74,000 raised!

In addition to local fundraising, each year Neora starts its annual conference with the goal of raising $100,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters over a three-day period! Thanks to our amazing Brand Partners in attendance, we closed out this year’s conference with a total of $100,249 in donations. Donating at events has become an incredible way for our Brand Partners to connect with the mission, and in addition to our annual conference, on September 20-21, Neora hosted its first-ever Power Training event in Long Beach, CA. Then, on October 11-12 we took our next stop on the tour to Indianapolis. Brand Partners from around the country gathered together for power-packed training delivered by industry-leading experts. At these two events, we spread the word about our partnership with BBBS and raised $13,000 towards our annual goal! This amazing feat of generosity could not have been achieved without the philanthropic spirit of the Neora Family that has become a cornerstone of the culture at Neora.

As an extra motivation for giving, we launched a special promotion for our Brand Partners to help raise support for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Anyone who qualified to attend our incentive trip had the opportunity to enter to win a free excursion when they increased their donation in April and May. We are so thankful to everyone who participated – these donations, large or small, make a huge impact in the lives of others! The winner was Lisa Oberempt from San Leandro, California.

Make a Difference

Our Brand Partners know that every dollar raised toward this cause makes a difference. On top of donations garnered at events and with local agencies, the spirit of giving continues with our Monthly Contribution Program where Brand Partners can opt-in to have donations automatically deducted from their monthly commissions. To date, more than 1,000 Neora Brand Partners in the United States and Canada have raised over $180,000 in monthly contributions that have truly changed lives of hundreds of children across the globe.

The partnership between Neora and Big Brothers Big Sisters has cultivated a passion for making people better through the power of one person creating a positive ripple that makes a big difference in the lives of many. These positive ripples come in the form of volunteering as mentors, becoming a donor or volunteering at events. The success of 2019 would not have been possible without our amazing Neora Family. We are in awe of the generosity and dedication to the spirit of giving that we see each day from every member of the Neora Family, and we can’t wait to see what 2020 will bring.

*Neora matches up to $3,000 per event with a maximum total match of $50,000.

One of Neora’s Core Values is “Pursue Constant Development of Self,” because we believe no matter how accomplished, fulfilled and successful we are, there’s always room for improvement and growth. Inspired by National Book Lovers Day, we asked Neora executives to share their favorite personal development books that have made a difference in their lives.

Of course, we’re incredibly proud that Neora’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Olson, is the author of The Slight Edge, a best-seller that helps people worldwide find success and happiness. And speaking of happiness, we also have to brag on our own Deborah K. Heisz, Neora Co-Chief Executive Officer, and her book, Live Happy: Ten Practices for Choosing Joy. Here are more great recommendations:

Power vs Force

by David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D.

“This book speaks to the incredible powerforce we all are tapped into, but few understand. It’s 394 pages, so using The Slight Edge philosophy of ten pages a day, you can learn in 39 days what it took Dr. David R. Hawkins a lifetime to learn!”

-Jeff Olson
Neora Founder & Chief Executive Officer

The Road to Character

by David Brooks

“I could not put this book down! The topic of character is all about how you conduct yourself, even when no one is watching. It can take a lifetime to cultivate, but just a moment to demonstrate when you need it the most. This is a must-read in my opinion!”

-Deborah K. Heisz
Neora Co-Chief Executive Officer

Dare to Lead

by Brené Brown

“This book by Brené Brown has challenged me and helped me grow in ways I was not expecting. If you are looking to learn how you can more fully step into your role as a leader at work, I highly recommend this book.”

-Amber Olson Rourke
Neora Co-Founder & Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

The Slight Edge

by Jeff Olson

and

“The two books that have had the most influence on my life are The Slight Edge, which has improved my life in everyday living, and Draw the Circle, which has made such a difference in my spiritual life! I have given away so many copies of both!”

-Renee Olson
Neora Co-Founder & Chief Leadership Officer

Bo Short recommends the latest from Andy Andrews, Neora’s 2018 Get Real Keynote Speaker, and Bo shares his own philosophy on the importance of reading great books, “Sales give financial depth to an organization. Books give depth to the leaders of an organization.”

-Bo Short
Neora President

We also asked our Brand Partners – dedicated experts in self-development – to share some of the books that have inspired them:

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

One of the top-10, best-selling self-help books of all time is considered a must for anyone on their journey to find success.

You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero

This newer addition to the world of personal development is based on the premise that everyone has a unique talent to share – you just have to realize it!

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie

This beloved classic can help anyone learn how to form genuine relationships and effectively share your ideas.

Go Pro by Eric Worre

If you’re new to network marketing, this book is full of great tips to get you started.

A Happy Pocket Full of Money by David Cameron Gikandi

This book is about so much more than money, with a focus on discovering value within yourself and other people.

GRIT by Angela Duckworth

GRIT discusses why the many skills linked to success don’t mean anything if you’re not willing to persevere through the hard times as well as the easy times.

The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Achor

Neora is dedicated to the study of practicing happiness through Live Happy, and Shawn Achor’s book explores our favorite fact about happiness: That happiness leads to success – not vice versa.

The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins

Mel Robbins will teach you how to be more confident, break the habit of procrastination and self-doubt, beat fear and uncertainty, stop worrying, and share your ideas with courage. Best of all? She’ll teach you how to do all that in just 5 seconds!
