Started by applying it to my garden, which 6 years later is one of my cherished 30 mn a day morning rituals. And a testament to what being consistent 30 mns a day can accomplish. It’s also been a great reminder when I get impatient with my business of how nature works: prep the soil, plant the seed, water, nurture, weed, then may come the harvest. So grateful to have been exposed to this philosophy, it allows me to not only be easier on myself but also more supportive of others by encourging them, and recognizing and celebrating their efforts and successes.
