You’ve heard the saying, “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” before, right? We’ve all been told this at one point in our lives, but sometimes breakfast is neglected because we are on the go and in a rush. Check out my favorite morning smoothie that helps me kickstart my day. It only has 5 simple ingredients and it includes the Neora Slim + Skin Collagen powder. This supplement helps you maintain a healthy metabolism, stay focused, and supports collagen production which leads to beautiful hair, skin and nails.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add ice, milk of choice, NeoraFit Slim + Skin Powder, banana, and nut butter to a blender.  
  2. Blend all ingredients together unit smooth

After a long day of work the last thing I want to do is spend hours in the kitchen. Anyone else? Something that has helped my household run smoothly and efficiently is meal planning. At the beginning of the week I decide what I want to cook each night and then go to the store to get all the ingredients. Having every ingredient on hand allows me to feel less stressed at the end of the day and excited to cook. This week I decided to try a new recipe and it did not disappoint!

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Start by placing your salmon in a bowl and add ¼ cup honey, 1 tablespoon sriracha, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and a pinch of salt. Combine all the ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  2. While the salmon is cooking, get to work on your salsa. Cut 1 cup of pineapple, ½ cup of red onion, 1 avocado and mix. To complete the salsa add cilantro and chili powder to taste. 
  3. Once salmon is ready, add salsa to the top and serve over a bed of your favorite salad or grain. This meal is so refreshing and a crowd pleaser.

Everyone needs to stop what they are doing and RUN to the grocery store to get the ingredients for this Fall inspired warm bowl. I love a big salad and this dish did not disappoint. Not only is this recipe protein packed, it’s also full of so many nutritious ingredients and will satisfy your sweet AND savory cravings. What are you waiting for?

The Steps:

  1. Cook chicken as desired and set aside.
  2. Toss butternut squash in olive oil and season as desired. I airfried mine at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Add spinach to base of bowl
  4. Add in above toppings and top with chicken & cooked butternut squash
  5. Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard and lemon juice to create dressing.
  6. Toss dressing on salad. Enjoy!
