Three men have been arrested following three separate alleged police pursuits in the same Sydney suburb overnight.
A 17-year-old driver of a silver Mazda ute was allegedly driving dangerously on Juno Parade in Greenacre when police tried to pull him over at 10.25pm on Monday.
Police allege he did not stop, initiating a pursuit through the suburb, until the car stopped on Waterloo Road.
The teenager was arrested and charged with police pursuit, driving dangerously, driving in a dangerous manner, and resisting arrest.
He was granted conditional bail and will face court on February 13.
An hour before on the same road, an 18-year-old male in a white Toyota Corolla was allegedly driving dangerously and did not stop for police.
A pursuit ensued until the car stopped on Roberts Road.
The 18-year-old driver was charged with police pursuit - not stopping, driving dangerously, driving recklessly/furiously or speeding in a dangerous manner.
He was also charged with not complying with a P1 licence - no plates.
He has been granted conditional bail and will appear in court on February 15.
At 9.15pm, police tried to stop a Volvo which they believed was stolen, and allegedly driving dangerously, on Waterloo Road.
The driver, a 20-year-old man, allegedly failed to stop, leading to a police pursuit.
The pursuit was called off due to safety reasons soon after.
Two hours later, police found the Volvo parked on Northcote Road in Greenacre at 11.10pm.
The 20-year-old was found in a nearby park and arrested a short time later.
He has been charged with driving a motor vehicle while his license was suspended, driving recklessly/furiously or speed/manner dangerous, driving conveyance taken without consent of the owner, and learner/P1/P2 licence holder using mobile phone.
He has been refused bail and appeared in court today.
