A fire truck loaded with firefighting equipment has been stolen on the New South Wales Far South Coast.
The ute was taken from a padlocked shed at the intersection of Nethercote Road and Back Creed Road in Nethercote between 11.30am and 4.30pm yesterday.
Several firefighting tools were inside the truck when it was taken, including a Stihl chainsaw, white hydrant stand, defibrillator, bolt cutters, a jerry can and hoses.
A crime scene was established and police are investigating the theft.
