The blaze broke out inside a Woorang Street warehouse where Pickles Auctions stores a large amount of cars, at about 7.45am.
Firefighters said it was understood one of the cars ignited.
9News understands one car was burnt and two others suffered some heat damage.
Fire and Rescue deployed 12 firefighters and three trucks to the scene.
They were able to extinguish the blaze in less than 20 minutes.
An investigation into the fire is now underway, with crews ruling out an electric vehicle in the warehouse as the ignition point.
